Kris has been chasing armadillos. They are easy to get near since their eye sight is poor and they wander around with their nose in the dirt like a hog, hunting for grubs, etc. Many end up as road kill because of their poor sight. When a car or truck comes along, they stand up on their hind legs to see, and some times jump up to see even better, then splat! Road Kill.
